Guest guest
Over the last several weeks I have been feeling extremely tired, more so than usual. It turns out I have a dangerously low level of potassium and am now taking a potassium prescription. What is worrisome is that I almost didn't mention it to the doctor. Just assumed it was my disease. Don't ever make assumptions with this disease!!! If you feel anything new or unusual, have it checked out. By the way, I found a website today that was helpful and well organized. I'll include the link here. If you think it is good enough I'll post it on the links page. http://www.stopsarcoidosis.org/sarcoidosis/treatment.htm By the way, has anyone ever had or seen granulomas on an eyelid? I am wondering if a new weird bump on my eyelid is sarcoid or something else. -
Guest guest
,This is an excellent site. Thanks for sharing! I too have been really tired lately and have a hx of running low potassium...since the pred can also deplete my K+ I will ask about getting it checked. I'm wondering how many of us have a hx of low K+. I've not seen sarcoid on the eyelid but recently with this last flare had a sarcoid bump on my right wrist (rheum confirmed).Best to all,Beckywendy_cidp wrote: Over the last several weeks I have been feeling extremely tired, more so than usual. Guest guest
, this very well could be a sty on your eyelid, they can become very painful. They're not due to sarc, just something that happens some thing its due to bacteria, but you need to becareful and put warm compresses on that. -- potassium problems Over the last several weeks I have been feeling extremely tired, more so than usual.
