I'll probably have excess skin but maybe not to bad since i'm younger. You can have many surgeries after losing. The tummy tuck is a must if you have an apron and insurance may pay if its a health problem. You can also have your upper arms, thighs, butt, back etc. Where ever it sags. I saw a gal that had stitchs up and down everything. I personally don't care aboutthe scars. I can hide them much better than my size right now.
