any legal canned coconut milk?

Do you guys know of any legal canned coconut milk? For example, Thai Kitchen

brand contains guar gum, and I checked the illegal list- it lists all gums as

illegal- and I'm assuming that doesn't just refer to chewing gum.

What about this brand that contains the following:

Ingredients

coconut extract, water, citric acid (as antioxidant), sodium metabisulfite (as

perservative)

Trader Joes Light may be legal.
