Guest guest
Hi, I remember reading that the ideal yogurt window is between 24 and 27 hours. Unfortunately, when I woke this morning, I discovered that I had left my yogurt plugged in for an extra 11 hours past the 24 hour window -- for a total of 35 hours. Is it still safe to eat it? Thanks, Jill UC 2004 SCD 5/
Guest guest
Here is what Elaine says about this: http://www.breakingtheviciouscycle.info/beginners_guide/yoghurt/yog_faq.htm Sounds like you can still eat it, but will not last as long in the fridge.
