Oh Lisbeth, Congratulations! The insurance approval is really the

biggest hurdle. You might want to consider asking your PCP office to

fax all your pre-op stuff to you. Then you know if they have done it

or not. Then you can fax everything to Dr Macura's office and you

can check that they received it OK. At a minimum, you can always

show up in-person at your PCPs office and ask for a copy and simply

refuse to leave without it!

So get those pre-op records in your hot little hands and GET

EXCITED! This is YOUR TURN, Baby!
