GI pro health probiotics - which ones to take?

they have a bunch, and I saw one made for SCD but it only had acidophilus in it. Is that the one we are supposed to have? I have the scdophilus-10. I don't take it every day as I eat a lot of yogurt. I

have it as back up to take on trips if I can't bring the yogurt with me.
