Guest guest
If you add some protein to it, SF CIB will work for a short time, but other WLS lists refer to it as Crap-in-a-Box--not a good supplement to get used to, and kind of on the expensive side. To sample flavors of other protein powders, that mix with water, that you might like, try www.vitalady.com. She sells samples of any protein powder she carries. Good luck with your surgery! Does anyone know where to buy it? I have tried Von's, Target and Wal-Mart. Any help would be appreciated.Patty
Guest guest
Pat, Hi...first of all thank you......I will get some samples from vitalady...I just needed something quickly as I didn't get alot of time to prepare. I guess I figured it would never happen, then all of a sudden, it is here. I have tried some of her samples and they were good. I also might go back to GNC and try some. They have a money back guarantee if I don't like it and I can get it at any time. Guest guest
You can try unjury it is a good sample too it is only 90 calories they only have chocholate and vanilla and a strawberry sorbet. I don't care for the sorbet but I am a regular customer of the chocholate and vanilla. I get the travel packs they are ready when we are to use. They also have 20 grams of protein they are good just go to unjury.com to order. Guest guest
I'm a HUGE fan of unjury too. I drink the chocolate daily...actually 3 times a day I do. If you sign up for the automatic monthly plan, you save 15%. I've tried many many protein samples and I've hated them all until I found unjury. Good stuff!
