If you add some protein to it, SF CIB will work for a short time, but other WLS lists refer to it as Crap-in-a-Box--not a good supplement to get used to, and kind of on the expensive side. Hi...first of all thank you......I will get some samples from vitalady...I just needed something quickly as I didn't get alot of time to prepare. I guess I figured it would never happen, then all of a sudden, it is here. I have tried some of her samples and they were good. I also might go back to GNC and try some. They have a money back guarantee if I don't like it and I can get it at any time.

Im new at this also but I did find great stuff @ bariatriceating.com. They have stuff like sugarfree iced tea, fruit punch, vanilla berry (which is on sale right now), and lots more.. they have 1 pack which has 15 sample packs and a shaker, for about $28.00. You can try unjury it is a good sample too it is only 90 calories they only have chocholate and vanilla and a strawberry sorbet. I don't care for the sorbet but I am a regular customer of the chocholate and vanilla. I get the travel packs they are ready when we are to use.
