I remember reading somewhere (I think UMDF) that some children with Retts have mito or vise versa! I will try to find the info and let you know!

Thanks Dawn, I would appreciate that! I actually looked into Rett's before we knew about mito, because Chelsea fit all the sx's except for hand wringing and autism. Her former neuro said 'no way' because she did not have those 2 sx's. I was also told by other med proffessionals the he could dx Rett's by just seeing a medical file. That sounds a little overconfident to me. . .
