Guest guest
Are maple and orange flavored extracts Ok to use (no sugar ingredients)? I read on some scd recipe site to mix honey w/a little legal maple extract for syrup, now I can't find that nor can I find if those are legal Marla
Guest guest
Whole Foods has some organic extracts that might qualify. I'd be curious about those, as well. Guest guest
Yes, they are okay if you can find them without sugar. Actually, orange is easy to find w/out sugar, as the base is orange oil - but don't knowabout Maple, as I am not that interested in syrup personally. I currently have orange extract from Flavorganics and from Green Mountainflavors, inc. Green Mountain also makes Anise. Whole Foods has some organic extracts that might qualify.
