Im posting because I want a frappuchino sooooo bad. Im not getting one

I refuse to go....but omg this is so hard. Is having one a week

realistic?? What about two a week or is that just rationalizing my way

back to one a day??? Im eating peanuts right now to avoid the craving

which isnt good either...but at least its protein. I have my shake

around 245, so hopefully that will satisfy this craving.

Stick to your plan !! You can do it. the hard part is over, you

have acknowledged your desire. Take it one hour at a time if you

have to and just keep telling yourself not today and before you know

it today will be over and so will your frap.craving. Hope this helps.

Stay strong !

It might help you to know that Starbucks makes their Frappuchino's

with frog legs. That's why they are called frappuchino's because they

make the " FRAP " - " FRAP " - " FRAP " noise as they spin around in the

blender! (before inevitably being liquified into froggy juice)

PS - anyone want to know how they make Mocha's?

, this may or may not help you but bring a tooth

brush and tooth paste with mouth wash to work. When

you feel the urge or desire to eat something then go

brush and gargle. I heard this helps. You know that

yukie taste you have post tooth brushing.

Just a thought.

I say save your frap money for one week and go to your favorite shop

and get something that will make you feel luxurious!

Stay Strong !

Something to consider the next time you walk by Starbucks...they make

their Frappuchino's with Frog Legs. That's how the drink got the

name...because the legs make a " FRAP " - " FRAP " - " FRAP " - sound as

they spin around the blender. (before liquefying into frog juice)

that was too funny about the frogs legs ! i laughed my ass off on that one, but quietly my sons tutor is here and i had to be very quiet LOL
