You'll also find that this site has a wonderful article on sarcoidosis and treatment options. Dr. Om Sharma, MD and Dr. Baughmann, MD are both founding members and considered two of the best experts on sarcoidosis.

I was fortunate enough to be part of a clinical trial thru Dr. Sharma. He is a pulmonologist in Los Angeles.

I believe there is a sarcoidosis clinic in Pittsburgh PA. They may be able to give you the name of specialists in your area.

I've gone to see a great neurologist in New York. His name is

and practices out of the Neurological Institute of Columbia

Presbyterian Hospital. If you want his information email me. He is the

one who suggested I start on Remicade.
