LDN Q's, was Re: Ready to take the plunge, but need some support/advice

I ended up ordering from The All Day Chemist (quite a bit cheaper then River

Pharmacy in Canada). Should be here in a couple of weeks :-). Here are a couple

of my questions:

1. What can you take for pain? I've been having headaches for the past month

(only on the left side). After a few day reprieve, they're back with a vengeance

:-(.

2. Do you take LDN right before you go to bed?

3. How long does it stay in your system, in the off chance I would need to stop

it?

Thank you! I'm really hoping that LDN will solve my energy problems. Any

improvement at all would be a blessing!

Here is a list of medication that you CANNOT take with LDN. As long as you do not take any pain medication that are narcotics you will be fine.Drugs Not To Take With LDNLDN will block the analgesic effects of any opiate drug. LDN is only in your system for 4 hrs.

You can take LDN anywhere between 9.00pm to 3.00 am. It does not have to be just before bed. A small minority of people even take it in the morning. Remember to shake it before use.
