Guest guest
Thank you, guys, for your concern. I'm like a turtle on its back; everytime I think I'm going to get flipped over something else knocks me back down. I'm too tired tonight to write much, but the latest thing was my daughter Ginny has been in the hospital for most of the last 3 weeks with GI bleeding & pancreatitis. A week ago she was released after 12 days, then readmitted 3 days later. Last night they transferred her down to the I.U. hospital in Indy to see a specialist who treated her several years ago. I went with her & spent the night trying to sleep on 2 chairs in her room. Good thing I went though, because they took her to surgery with 10 minutes notice this morning. I didn't get home until this afternoon. I slept awhile, but I'm still pooped. Ginny is feeling better & the doctor put two stents in the pancreatic duct, which he hopes will lessen the risk of recurrent pancreatitis. In the past they've put in one stent & it works for a few months. So don't give up on me. One of these days I'll get flipped back onto my feet, or maybe a strong enough storm or flood will do the job! Love you all, and welcome to all the newbies. Guest guest
Rose, You are certainly in my thoughts and prayers, as is your daughter. But , I dohave good news! My daughter has moved back with us with or 6-m-o grandson that we have never seen. Her abusive and lazy husband was just too much and she finally had to call us. We haven't talked to her for like over a year. I am having a good time holding on to him, and his mother, as I don't want us to be apart again like this. One mor ething, was wondering how Sam was doing? hope that things are going well there. Lots of Love and get some rest, LynneRose wrote: Thank you, guys, for your concern. I'm like a turtle on its back; everytime I think I'm going to get flipped over something else knocks me back down.
