Guest guest
I did not personally for me I did not want things like that in my body right before I do my surgery. THings that could effect my heart it made me nervous. I opted to do it naturally. Good luck in your decision. Guest guest
Chynadoll, I am not sure if anyone has used diet pills to lose the 10% but I for one don't think that you should. You should lose it without the aide of drugs of any type. You can do this. Don't get so caught up in losing the 10% that you forget that the importance of what losing the 10% is all about. It certainly is not to play mind games with you but to benefit you health wise for a more smooth surgery. Remember that you are and should not be dieting. This is just a new healthy way of eating and you should really considering entering into this 10% weight loss phase as just that and not a diet. Post surgery you will not be deiting rather you will be eating healthy. I know Dr. Fisher and he is a great guy and lacks tolerance for foolishness and that is why I have come to admire him. I am not calling you foolish by any means so don't take my last statement to heart. You can and will be able to do this. Hang around and keep us posted and do yourself a favor....do the 1200 calory eating plan that they give you because it DOES work. Take care and best wishes to you! Guest guest
Hi , I do know someone who took diet pills to lose the weight, but there was a problem you have to stop 3 weeks prior to surgery and she gained back some weight and had to wait to get the weight she gained back off and gained more, she never has had surgery yet. I believe the 1200 calorie diet really works and it's trying to teach you to eat smaller portions and better food. If this doesn't work, than WW like kristie did, but whatever I believe something natural and learning to change eating habits along the way will benefit you the most. Good Luck Donnachynadoll_1977 wrote: I was just wondering if anyone has used Doctor prescribed diet pillsto help with the 10 percent weight loss? Would it effect thesurgury? Holla back Post-ops!
