Krisie,

It is not uncommon to have mixed feeling up to the end. I know the day my sister drove me to the hospital I was still wondering. I even told myself when the surgeon comes to see me before surgery I am going to tell him I changed my mind. I am so glad that I never saw the surgeon before surgery. When you talk to the anesthesiologist you can ask for a sedative to relax your nerves. I got one and it knocked me out right away and I didn't remember being even taken to the OR. You will do fine. Good luck tomorrow.

Ramona,

Thank you so much. I still have not really slept unless you count from 5-6 am

this morning and then my alarm went off of course it is like that. I have been

crying off and on. I am at work again.... it's probably best anyways. I am just

getting some final stuff done. I know I want this, I have mentally and

physically prepared for this. I am not going to make a decision based on these

feelings, I made decision last year after 3 years of research. But boy these are

emotions I have never felt in my life. This is my very first surgery ever. Thank

you guys for caring so much.

Sorry to be a pill.

Kristie..I've been away, so sorry for the delayed response. You'll do great...fears are normal...and the bottom line is that you are young, healthy and beautiful...and you'll be even younger, healthier and more beautiful when you've gone through the whole process.

We love you,
