Guest guest
Hi... I went for my first post-op visit and got my staples taken out. Boy, I feel so much better now. I have lost 8.5lbs in 6 days.....I was very excited. I go back to see him on the 25th of this month. I now get to try real food tomorrow. He said that I can have eggs, cheese, yogurt, mashed potatoes, fish, salmon, tuna and refried beans. 2 oz. portions 3 to 4 times a day. It is going to be so weird eating food again. I haven't been hungry except for eggs, I know that once that is all I can eat for awhile, I will be sick of eggs, but it is heaven now. Guest guest
Colleen, Thank you. Tomorrow I think I will try the scrambled egg with a little bit of cheese.....are we allowed to put any salt or pepper on them? That is something that I didn't think to ask at the doctor's office.
