my coffee any suggestions on what I could use?

You can use full cream, treat it with LactAid or Lacteeze drops, and use

that in your coffee.

Half and Half treated that way is not legal.

I'm in the same boat. I used homemade almond milk and it just didn't work. It

separated in the coffee. I tried coconut milk but the flavor overwhelmed the

flavor of the coffee...

I look forward to hearing other alternatives.

Fake Cream

I use this recipe for " fake cream "

The coffee can't be boiling though, or the eggs will cook a bit...

Makes 1 quart.

Ingredients

•1 cup hot (near boiling) non-chlorinated water

•2 rounded tablespoons of pure unflavored gelatin - see note

•1/2 cup unsalted butter

•3 large eggs

honey to taste

•ice cubes (non-chlorinated)

Preparation

1.Pour hot water into the blender.

2.Slowly add gelatin and blend at low speed.

3.Add butter, eggs and honey, and continuing blending.

4.As blender whirs, add ice cubes one at a time through the inner lid, until the

mixture jells.
