Guest guest
Oh ! I'm sorry that I don't have any medical advice to offer. Sounds like the anti-inflammatories could be the culprit. What did your PCP say about that? Is there an alternative you could use? I will be sending you all the prayers and positive thoughts I can muster that this will be just a temporary blip and your surgery will go on as planned. Hang in there! Guest guest
terri, my pcp didn't say anything at all!!!! they seem to think that i can have the surgery anyway, but the surgeon's nurse diana, says no way! i may have to have diana call my pcp and have her tell the doc to run a test or prescribe treatment. they don't seem to think what i say is good enough to merit action. still waiting to see what dr. booth has to say about all this..... mary y st.louis > > ok gang! what do i do? my rbc count is going south, and i don't > > know why. i have to call my pcp tomorrow a.m. and see what to do. > > but if it doesn't improve asap my surgery will be postponed! > NOOOOOO! > > i was looking online at med articles and they mentioned anti- > > inflammatories could break down red blood cells. i take 1500 mg of > > Relafen for arthritis, every day. and the surgeon's nurse said i > > should start eating lots of red meat and liver. i am just sick at > > heart thinking i am so close to my ds date and could be put off til > > who knows when? > > should i stop taking the relafen? how long does it take for it to > > get out of my system and stop breaking down red blood cells? > > what do i do when i can't move cause i hurt so bad? > > THIS SUUUUUUUCKKKKKSSSSSSS!!!!!! > > > > mary y st.louis > > itchin to be switchin > > june 19th
