Guest guest
I am a shopahollic. I had 2 small white dressers from the kids rooms and bought them new bigger boy ones and i had my old Lind oak colored changing table that I had my hubby paint in white and bought a white jenny Lind crib and it looks great. When I ahd the twins I bought the clasic winnie the pooh sets for their nursery and all the extra stuff and since I was NOT supposed to be able to get prego back then when I did I went WAY OUT and the crib/bumper sets alone were 195.00 each at a baby boutique place but i loved it so much i saved and got them and then I saved them since they were ssoo expensive and used 1 when i had Madison and now I am using it again for this one and I already have the wall hanging, lamop, mobile and honey pot lamp that goes with it. i bought new curtains and sheets from ebay and a little pop up hamper. I bought TONS of clothes off ebay from old navy and baby gap, I sold alot of stuff too though and that is how I got the money to buy all the new. i sold the extra winnie the pooh crib set for 56.00 So it was not a total waste. Anyways, i have been getting several coupons for 10.00 and 5.00 formula and I went to walmart and got the formula and actuially MADE money. I had 2 coupons for similac in a can powdered fro 10.00 each and bought the 2 cans and they were cheaper and they GAVE ME BACK CHANGE, LOL... i just used 2 5.00 coupons yesterday they mailed me and bought 2 bottles of the instant ready made similac and they only cost me 34 cents each. I also used my huggie diaper and wipes coupns yesterday while I was there and bought a small case of wipes and a large newborn pack diapers so I honestly can say I need NOTHING now, lol... I slack on everything else in life but I love getting baby stuiff ready. I am ssooo anxious to have him here. I just thought of swhat I don;t have, lol, I still need to go buy the little baby bath, shampoo and powders, thats it I have most of it set up but still need to hang the curtains and wall things and get the lam from Madisons room and put on the new babys dresser and put together the swing but other than that it is done. I feel HUGE already and I know once my kids get out of school I will never get anything done so I am glad I got going early. I also have several cats and am trying to train them now that the crib is NOT THEIRS You will get yours done. If I knew my kids would of been good later on when school was out I may of waited longer but i know them better than that. And I feel so big and a measuring big so I wonder if I am farther along since my cycles were never right anyways. As long as the baby is out by September 5th so I can still go see Toby at the fair, lol, I also bring our kids to the monster truck rally in Vermont the first weekend in August, so he needs to at least be out in July like he is supposed to God Bless, Robin, NorthEastern, NY EDD- July 27th, 2004 IT'S A BOY!!!!!! Guest guest
I'm so sorry Melody to hear your news wasn't good. You'll be in my thoughts and prayers! We got the news yesterday... so far everything looks good. OB's nurse said my HgC levels were now at around 6000. Does anyone know what the levels are supposed to be at different weeks? She said that was a major increase because I was in the something like 200's the week before. Robin Irwin VBG 9/17/03 Starting wt: 293 Current wt: 229 Goal wt: 165 EDD: 3/22/05 Re:Robin Hi Robin... You're very beautiful women inside and out. I can relate to you through so much. I just thank god I'm married and don't have to do the dating thing. You're a smart cookie with great instincts and he would have to be pretty shallow to not see beyond a few imperfections on your body.
