Guest guest
Hi Rose,I don't know Kay and since I've been a part of this group (Sept) I don't remember seeing her post. Does anyone know what caused her to be hospitalized? I do want to wish her the best and to let her know that she will be in my thoughts and prayers. May God bless her.Blessings,BeckyRose wrote: Some of you have met Kay at the Indianapolis Sarc retreats; for those who don't know her, she's been instrumental in getting the annual retreats/conferences put together. There is a picture of Kay in our Photos section, under Central Ind. Sarcoid Support Group. Thanks for any cards, prayers, and encouragement. At one point we weren't sure that she would survive as she was in the ICU and on a ventilator. However, I am very pleased to announce that she is out of the ICU and in a regular hospital room! God is so good! Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers as the road to her recovery will be long, but Kay is one tough cookie and if any one can make it - Kay can! As Kay probably be hospitalized for a great while, I am requesting that her Sarcoid family please send her get well cards to this address: Mrs. Kay Pullen c/o Mrs. Rita Funkhouser 410 West 600 S. Cutler, IN 46920 As I mentioned, Kay has a long road to recovery but your prayers and cards of encouragment would be greatly appreciated. Best Regards, Robbie L. Guest guest
, Kay has cardiac sarc. She has a pacemaker & implanted defibrillator, so I assume it's related to her heart. She doesn't post often because she doesn't have NS, but she is very active in the local support group for all sarc patients.
