Don't stress it for the moment. If your gut ecology is rearranging

itself, your bathroom habits are likely to be a bit volatile for a bit.

First of all, 1-3 a day is normal, so 4 is really not a bad or

worrisome outlier.

Secondly, could be an early 9 month flare thingy, (or a really

late 6 month one. ) Or maybe you had a food combo that

did not agree with you, though your description of what happened

this morning almost sounded like your system was self-cleaning a lot

of old gunk, so there is bound to be some intestinal repercussions

from that.

So, take it easy for a few days, and if you're worried,

head back to intro and stage 1 with lots of yogurt

and some sauerkraut/kimchi type food and see how

things sort out. You could also do the vitamin e enema

protocol if things continue like this for a few days and it

is past your comfort level and it is stressing you. Get some

broth in though - that should help.

Thanks Mara,

It was a year ago that my " nightmare " started,( I thought at the time it was

something I ate..) and I've felt so good on SCD, that any reminder tends to

scare me. I realize I am in a much better place to deal with the GI ups and

downs- SCD for several months, LDN. This has to be better. I am so grateful for

your support and the support of everyone on this board. One of the worst things

for me, a year ago, was being alone with this, and having nobody who has ever

been in my shoes to talk to.

Thanks again,

PJ
