Guest guest
Bill I'm not sure of the magic number, but I stay at 1000 calories. I made it to goal at 5 months. I was 270 at orientation, went for surgery at 228 and I was at 150 at 5 months post op, now at my 6 month post op I weighed in at 143, I'm trying for 135. Dr Baggs said stay doing exactly what I am until I get to 135, then don't lose any more. Then increase 200 calories see if I maintain there or have to add 200 more. So if there is a magic number I'm sure someone will let you know, this is just how I did it. Donnakaiser0000_1 wrote: How many calories are we suppose to stay within post-op, Stage IV? There is reference within the info book passed out about 700-900, but I don't believe that's for those in Stage IV, but rather, the lower stages. So, what is the magic number(s)?Thanks.BillDonna JordonDSJordon@... Yahoo! Music Unlimited - Access over 1 million songs. Try it free.
