I hope that you bury them with information. When my insurance company

asked for my file, I faxed them 95 pages of information. I had every

report on obesity and comparisions between the RNY and DS. I had my

complete diet history and anything else that I thought that they

might ask for. I was not going to be defeated by them. I know that

you will not either. I hope that you get an answer soon.
