I've only been using honey as a sweetner, I know in the book it says aspertame,

but what exactly is it referring to? sweet n low? I'm not that familiar with

that...could someone explain this to me? don't want to make mistakes...also what

type of soda, if any is allowed? doesn't it say once in a while in the book, is

it talking about diet coke/pepsi?

When Elaine wrote the book, there were some legal sodas available. Nowadays,

it's tough to find a soda that uses saccharin (they all seem to use aspartame

now). Plus, most of them have other illegal junk in them, such as natural

flavors.
