Wow...I hope to know what you mean soon.....sometimes I watch my kids on their scooters and I think how much fun it would be to just try it....but then I think about what if I broke it....I hate that feeling...I don't have my consult till August but then it will be full steam ahead...You are doing great....kudos to you...I hope to join you on the other side before the year is up.

Dawn,

That's wonderful!! I was just thinking about that today..how many little things

we have to check or be conscious of when we're overweight. I was looking at

these folding lounge chairs at Sam's and the maximum capacity is 250 lbs!

Unfortunately, that doesn't include me, so I didn't buy them. I look forward to

the time when I don't have to worry about that, or that I'll unbalance the

catamaran or the paddle boat because I weigh too much, or I'll squish the horse.

I look forward to not having to be left out because I'm too fat to do what

everyone else is doing!

Thanks for the post. It is wonderful to read these

encouraging posts being a pre-op when I start to

second guess myself if I'm doing the right thing.....
