Guest guest
But it was very beige. Any suggestions on how to add a bit of color? What kind of color? Maybe you could try a mild flavored spice that's colorful. Peace =)Alyssa 15 yoUC April 2008, dx Sept 2008SCD June 2009 (restarted)No meds! But it was very beige. Any suggestions on how to add a bit of color? Add cranberries or cherries. Mara

If you are using a bit of butter in the gravy, you can brown the butter (carefully -- you don't want it burned!) and that will add color. You can also caramelize the onions before you add them, and that will add some color. — Marilyn New Orleans, Louisiana, USA Undiagnosed IBS since 1976, SCD since 2001 Darn Good SCD Cook No Human Children Shadow & Sunny Longhair Dachshund
