Does anyone use grapefruit seed extract or know of any good reason to do so, or not?

GSE has antifungal properties and is used to kill candida.

I don’t know which is more effective against candida. If I

recall, it is recommended to use any of these supplements on a rotating, maybe

2 week, basis. That is, use GSE for 2 weeks, then Oil of Oregano for 2 weeks,

etc., so that the fungus does not become resistant.

For me personally, to combat candida I used S. boulardii, 1/day,

for 2 months, and Lauricidin daily. I also ate low carb SCD. The candida seems

to be in check (at least for now!).

I am taking it. Suposedly, it has antifungal/antiparasitic properties. I had a

terrible die-off when I took the first drop.
