Happy Holidays Andy, hope you start to feel better very soon.  At least they found one area they can treat and hopefully it's not a fistula--think positive.  I think it's good that the question about the yogurt stayed on your mind because sometimes you have to 'get that way' and keep a food journal to ever see results...then eventually it's very obvious what/when something goes wrong and it doesn't take long to change it or get passed it.  You won't have to worry about everything you eat to the extent you are now.  (Hope that's making sense).

 

I also get sentimental sometimes-- and it's usually worse when we don't feel well ;-).  I'm avoiding country music right now for the most part (and Christmas music).

 

Hope everyone has a prosperous and healthy New Year also!  (Hope everyone gets some SCD goodies tonight from Crohn's Claus!)
