Guest guest
I agree with Krystena on the Pulmicort, Grace uses it too. Also I have heard that asthma can actually show up as a false positive pnemonia on an xray. We found this out after one of our other daughters (non mito) keep getting positive x rays for pnemonia. After about the fith time of just being in shock that she had pnemonia so much, and amazed she never was really too sick, our doctor said she may actually have asthma and not pnemonia. To this day (she is 6 now) if you take an x ray on her it will show a false pnemonia, even if she is completely healthy. Now here is where it gets really unusual. She has also never needed any treatment for asthma. Her chest colds are usually worse than the typical, but that is about it. She still is always able to take otc cough medicine for her sypmtoms. Just a thought.
