Hi Lizbeth- I was told by Dr. herron after my first month visdit that I could

do anything except tackle football. I started slowly with treadmill and some

light weights and now I am doing heavy duty exercise- lots of weights and

resistance and arobics and about 4 times a wekk for 11/2 hours at a time.

the key is to find what you like to do. I love these classes and it keeps me

going. Whwen I just have about 40 pounds to lose I am going to get a

personal triner to whip me into better shape. You will be able to do it

all--just start slowly. Ellen(Pam

Hey Ellen)Pam

Conventinal Wisdom the message board seems to be about

a 4 week waiting period. I was actually considering

getting a personal trainer but maybe I will hold off

on that until I am further out and better able to deal

with a full exercise program. I have to say that from

the response I have recieved most people excercise on

average of 4 times a week. You guys are truley a

healthy bunch I hope I am that motivated and hard

working!
