Guest guest
My second diagnosis and the one that finally got them to say I had sarc was a skin lesion on my face. A dr that I worked with thought it looked like a basil cell so another provider I worked with who did derm, did a biopsy. That lesion was no bigger than a pimple. Now its grown so that my whole right cheek is one big lesion, it gets very red, especially when I'm in severe pain. I now have a lesion on my Left cheek, under my left jaw and one on my right breast. I have one fingernail on my right hand that the nail has " rotted " off. I can't wear closed in shoes because my right foot blisters and then peels, the ankle hurts and at times feels like its " locked " and won't bend. The right side of my face is mostly numb, there is some mild drooping. I rub over the area with my fingers because if I push against it too hard well lets just say the pain goes off the scale. Lately I've had areas that seem to be draining, then they scab over and I too tend to pick at them. I've tried creams and a derm gave me some locoid cream, but it didn't seem to help. I also have to be careful of which lotions and creams and things that I use because I am allergic to the sulfates that are in most everything. I figure I have a lesion in my head now also because one area of my head seems to be on fire, like my head is burning from the inside out. Hopefully one day soon I'll be able to get to a dr and have some new testing done.
Guest guest
You should talk to your doctor about Protopic oint. It really works for me, I’m sorry you have so many symptoms to live with it can really get a person down. Some days I do nothing much, but I try to get something done when I have some good days. Hope you have a good day todayJ Marla Bramer " Faith sees the invisible, believes the incredible and receives the impossible " From: Neurosarcoidosis [mailto:Neurosarcoidosis ] On Behalf Of kimber31_1963 Sent: Tuesday, January 30, 2007 12:43 PM To: Neurosarcoidosis Subject: skin lesions My second diagnosis and the one that finally got them to say I had sarc was a skin lesion on my face.
