Jane,

In reading your reply to Gwen, I'm curious about what you consider a light

diet on the day before surgery . Before I've had colonoscopies or my

hysterectomy, I had to be on clear fluids the day before besides the

" cleanout " with Fleets. According to Dr. Ren's booklet, three days before

surgery (in my case, the 23rd, 24th, and 25th) I'm to eat just a low

calorie, low fat diet of about 1000 calories. Could you, being my angel,

clarify exactly.
