As some of you may remember, I have sarc also in my liver, as many of

you do. Well, I had my semi-anual liver profile done and it is

elevated, 119 to be exact. That is really high, but the drl just told

me to come back next month for a re-check. Has anyone had the

elevation, and if you had, wa it ok? Just wondering, I am not really in

much pain, just once in a while, so no biggie. Let me know.

Lynne,

Get some Milk Thistle capsules and start taking them on a daily basis. You can drink Milk Thistle tea also. It is a natural liver detoxifier, and is absolutely incredible to help the liver regenerate.

Oncologists are now telling liver cancer patients and cirrhosis patients to use it.

There are no side effects, and it won't screw up any other meds.

Since I've been using it, my liver functions have all returned to normal range-- and that's with 3 different immunosupressants.

Lynne---

Hi there. Yes I have had, and still have very high liver counts.

Your 119 would be low for me. They keep an eye on it, and I have had

to have liver biopsy's done to see how things are going. In fact I am

scheduled for a liver biopsy in March... They are not the most

funnest things in the world to have done, but I guess there are lots

worse things that could be done to us, and probably has been done to

some of us.

Keep the faith Lynne....

Thanks , My liver doc told me that he wasn't going to do a liver biopsy b/c if I have sarc, then I have it in my liver. I know that they were higher when I was in the hospital, they told me they were like triple what they should of been. Oh well, no worries then. Thanks Lynnedas97 wrote: Lynne---Hi there.
