Guest guest
Lynn, I wish I could help you more with answers to your questions... I have fibromyaglgia and osteoarthritis with severe joint pain in my weight bearing joints and didn't exercise much because of the fatigue and the pain during my recovery period. I am now exercising about 3 times/week. I am swimming for exercise. I have been able to work up to a fairly intense and vigorous exercise session in the pool. My weight loss, however, has been pretty inadequate and I may have to have a revision of my common channel and my alimentary limb. As I can now eat 10 oz of food at a sitting, I may need a revision of my stomach as well. Perhaps some of the others who have fibromyalgia can speak to the issue of post-op exercise and the success of their DS surgery.
