To me it sounds like something i'm eating but I haven't changed anything. I'm finally starting a food diary to see if I can identify the culprit. I'll be fine one day, then have a huge nasty flare up... then take a few days to get better, then another huge flare. Anyone else had this experience? It's been going on for the past couple weeks and the flares seem to get worse while the healing becomes slower each time.-UC - 1+ yearsSCD - 7 months 100% strict and 4 months restricted diet.Asacol - 5 pills a day Hotmail: Trusted email with Microsoft’s powerful SPAM protection. Hi ,

I'm sorry to hear this. I had what I would call a mini flare at 3 months and

then this wierd thing at 9 months. In both cases I went back to intro- soups,

DCCC, yogurt, very bland foods for a few days. It always scares the daylights

out of me. Going back to intro/stage 1 foods helps.

I also started LDN hoping it would help. I think it has. I think the first year

on SCD is an up and down thing.

Hope you feel better.
