But, his office is understaffed and not terribly well organized. In fact, I will be having my PCP do my routine follow-up testing and send the results to Dr. Elariny. Don't get me wrong: I like and respect Dr. Elariny. But, his office support is in a bit of disarray. His support group meets the first Tuesday of the month at Fairfax Hospital at 7:30 PM. In past months, Dr. Elariny has--despite every good intention to attend--missed being at, or cancelled, the majority of the meetings. >He's the closest doc who does lap BPD/DS, but hi office in Virginia >is a is a traffic nightmare for someone who lives in Bethesda and >works in Rockville, MD. it's going to get even worse for you when he moves his office from Arlington Hospital to Springfield in 3-4 months. >The alternative would be the gastroenterologist in a large group >practice within 5 minutes of home who did my endoscopy. His support group meets at Holy Cross Hospital in Silver Spring (Georgia Ave and the Beltway). --Steve
