i know it is best to do it---but i am so tired carrying all my wt....any suggestions for simple exercises?....another question--i don't feel good the times i have had and artificial sweetner and it has been years since i tried any........what is new out there thats ok to take?

A few of the groups are set up slightly differently, such that if you

REPLY to a message, instead of your response going to the group, it just

goes to the poster of the message that you're responding to. Click on

REPLY ALL and it'll go to the group.
