Guest guest
I had my first meeting at Kaiser today, the combo with the nutritionist and psychologist and they said that we won't be given the official amount we had to lose until we are approved and go to Richmond but that we should start now because the docs there might take into account how much we had lost since the last time we were weighed at our doctor. Something about that way she said it and then qualified it even more by adding more maybes made me wonder. Is that really true? I know it's good to practice what we are going to be doing but it almost seems that if I start the 1200 calorie now it's almost like a wasted effort because it doesn't really count.
