Guest guest
Francisco, What a wonderful thing. I can't imagine running 15 miles that is absolutely amazing what a victory for you. I got up for my walk this morning and took my son. Now before my 9 yo was walking faster than me. Today he was keeping up with me and I was ahead a few times. I did a slight jog which I have not really done before and I was able to make it down a whole street. It was so exciting to move and have less of my body moving up and down while I jogged. I used to play co-ed softball and when I would run out to center field I could hear my stomach bouncing. Gross I know sorry. But today it was different with loss of my breasts and my stomach it felt great. Yesterday I went to the mall and put on a size 16 they were tight not able to buy but it felt great to get them on. I am so excited for 2006. Kristie > > > Date: 2006/01/01 Sun AM 07:15:30 PST > To: gastric-bypass-support-kaiser-patients > Subject: Happy New Year > > Hello everyone: My New Years Eve was wonderful. Guest guest
Hi , Feldenkrais is an awareness through movement. Very, very small moves to help with parts of the body. She analyzes your body how you are walking etc. If you have pain in a certain area she first works with the body, then shows you how to do it when you go home. It is an amazing technique because if I have extreme foot pain, she works on it a few minutes and when I leave after an hour I am pain free. She also does very small moves turning your head etc. You have to give her total control so that she can do the small movements. I am fortunate as we are bartering and I take care of her cats when she has to go out of town. She is also trying to see how it works on me with the condition I have. I have noticed a difference since she has not been able to work on me during the past few weeks due to holidays. The massage really helps me move the toxins around after I have my solumedrol IV. Happy New Year. KatSee AOL's top rated recipes and easy ways to stay in shape for winter.

Guest guest
Darlene, happy New Year's to you, too, and may we hear of all the blessings that come your way. It sure is due you, that's for sure! thanks for all the prayers. hugs S.Darlene Arney wrote: Happy New Year to all, My wish for each and every one of you is that you have a wonderful year; good health; and that you have many, many, blessings. Wouldn't it be wonderful to find a cure so we could all be healthy, happy, and free of pain????? Perhaps this will be our year - we can only hope. The best part, tho, is that we are still here and still fighting. Keep up the good work and NEVER GIVE UP! Know that we are all here together and you are NOT alone. We have 492 members now and many are very knowledgeable about this old Sarc Monster after fighting him/her for so many years. Together we can beat it someday! Guest guest
thank you for your kind words, yes I would like my business to grow this year, and the Sarc to “go away”, OK we can dream, but at least get it under control for awhile anyway, I wish you the very best this new year, your words too are encouraging, and we all need that. We watched the ball drop at 10pm that is midnight in New York so that worked for us, then we went to bed, my son said we were cheating, that it wasn’t midnight here yet! I said OK you stay up and celebrate at 12, I’m still going to bed, lol Happy New Year!
