Large Swollen Lymph node???

Hi!! I have another question!!

Joey who is 5 years old, unspecific Mito. Has had a very swollen

lymph node on the back of his neck since last Friday. It is on his

right side. It is the size of a grape and three smaller ones (the

size of a pea)in a line under the bigger one. I called the doctor

and they said just to watch it. I had the school nurse check him

from head to toe, no infections or bug bites anywhere. The knot is

very painful if he touches or hits it. Yet not red!!!

Has anyone ever seen this? How worried should we be? We are

awaiting to have an MRI next week due to possible pressure behind his

eye. Any help would be great!!!
