Guest guest
Kim, There's a list in the binder. It's good to have on hand Sugar Free Jello, Sugar Free Popsicles, Broths, Cream of wheat (no sugar), splenda, low fat yogurt, low fat cottage cheese, protein shakes (if he'll use them) Richmond told us not too, vitamins, eggs, fat free cheese, these are just some things in stage one and two. I can't recall, but it's in the binder. It will all be okay. Congratulations to you husband and to you for being there for him. I have read that Vitalady seems to be the fav for ordering protein powders, but I have forgotten what seems to be the most liked brand(s). Since you all have experience under your shrinking belts (lol), could I get some advice on items to have on hand for when he gets home? What protein? What vitamins? ANY advice on the beginning of this journey will be greatly appreciated! Hugs, Kim B.Donna JordonDSJordon@... Yahoo! FareChase - Search multiple travel sites in one click.
