Guest guest
Big side effect...Don't think you can drink like you used to when you havn't had any in a while. I had 4 glasses of wine at the Holloween Party and danced up a storm. It was quite comical actually. I even slipped on a milk dud box left on the floor. Got up and kept going. It is a good thing I only do that every couple of years. Thank goodness for the extra hour of sleep. I have been working every day (overtime money) is wonderful. I am even at work today. Well, the best part of the story was the scale this morning. FINALLY!!! I have moved past the 5%. I only have 11 pounds now to go. I am going towork sooooo hard on making it under 10 this week. I see the horizon and it feels wonderful. Maybe I am going to make it after all. When I stayed stalled for so long, I was beginning to think this was unattainable for me. Now, I feel the hard work is strting to show. Doesn't mean I am cancelling with my PCP I am still going and getting my meds looked at and upped. Well, back to work. Guest guest
Oh, I am feeling it this morning. You know it is always a delayed pain, kind of like a car crash. It creeps up on you... Guest guest
Jeanne, Sorry for the pain, but from all the extra dancing you made the scale move. So when you're not in pain from the fall maybe upping the exercise will help you get the other 5% off. Go Jeanne go! Donnatopazmisskitty wrote: Oh, I am feeling it this morning. Guest guest
You know Donna I am begining to think that is the culprit. I didn't to an exercise " session " yesterday, however extra steps in the day, laundry and cleanning house. Step on the scale this morning back up 2 pounds. Crap!!! I am seeing my PCP today to talk about upping or changing medication for thyroid. I am also going to ask for some specialized lab draws on blood levels. Can anyone reccomend some labs I should be looking at? Jeanne > > Big side effect...Don't think you can drink like you used to when > > you havn't had any in a while. Guest guest
Jeanne, Hope you get this figured out. Maybe someone will know about labs, I do not. Just wanted to say don't give up, we are here for you. Donnatopazmisskitty wrote: You know Donna I am begining to think that is the culprit.
