Apple Cider, Wine, Yeast, and SCD PAL

So many questions I know!! LOL

Okay so here goes:

1. With yeast issues, can you still drink apple cider and/or wine? Can you use

apple cider every day? How much is too much?

2. I saw somewhere about an SCD PAL?? What is this and where can I find one? I

envision a place where my diet and needs match someone else's and we support

each other. I would love to chat with someone who matches my world!! Haha!

Yeah, what's an SCD Pal? That'll be really cool -- sometimes I miss talking to
