Guest guest
Joanna, This is a pretty typical response IMO. If I were you I'd get off all supplements and do intro a couple of days. And then add things in one at a time. Wait with the supplements and let your gut heal. It has lasted for over 4 weeks now. And this week has been the worst! Not just D, but severe watery D for the past 3 days. > I haven't changed what I've been eating, but I have been trying to supplement. A few weeks before my flare I added a multi-vitamin, calcium and B supplement. On the day my flare started, I had just added a probiotic (GI Pro Health Scdophilus). Could these be causing/prolonging the flare? > Thanks for your input (anyone!!!) > -Joanna > Crohn's 1992 > SCD 15 Weeks >
