I have and continue to use chiropractic care and massage to help with the muscle rigidity.

I have used acupuncture for numbness in my legs and feet-- and years ago it helped, I'm not sure whether it would now because of how advanced the problem is.

I have found that MSM powder (PUREMSM.COM) works well for the muscle, joint and bone pain. It is a natural mineral that has been engineered out of our food.

Milk Thistle tablets and tea help to keep the liver from becoming toxic with all the meds we're on.

Hydration will help with the joint pain, as all our muscles and ligaments and joints float in the synovial fluid--so the least amount of dehydration will add pain.

If you look in the ARCHIVES and LINKS-- you'll find articles on these subjects. Just scroll down to this and each email and the address will be there.

Take care,

Tracie

Hi Lori, I am currently using Urine therapy with great success in controlling vision, hearing, and pain, skin lesions, facial swelling, numbness, tireness, etc. I have been struggling to get a more recent diagnosis for almost a year so I can win my SSDI claim. (all my old diagnosises are too old for fighting this claim) Since I am not taken seriously by my former doctors I have resorted to desparate measures. This last one is even better than any of the other natural solutions I've tried. You may type the Urine therapy into your search engine and learn about how this therapy is used throughout the world in fighting many conditions of the body. I didn't think I could do it but here I am, feeling better and not so desparate anymore. I use it on my hair along with aloe vera, coconut oil to lessen the coareness, dryness, and sores on my head. It has been 6 weeks now and my hair looks so pretty and softer too. My sister

noticed my hair is actually turning back to a darker shade of my former hair color instead of salt and pepper grey (without using hair dyes). She states that if my hair, face, and body keeps looking younger and younger....she may have to retort to going "U" therapy herself. I'm told Many movie stars, models and the rich and famous use this therapy to lose weight and detox themselves. I believe that to be true because I have lost 15 pounds, my water/balance is restored to the point wrinkles have disappeared on my face, hands, and tummy is flatter. NOT THE PERFECT MEDICINE for everyone though and the struggle of what we are taught about our bodies waste system would have to be overhauled first. Just thought I would open the subject for topic discussion anyway and do the search online to check it out for your self. God Bless & Have a great day! Lori,

I am seeing a chiropractor for neck tightness (I have chronic Bell's,

trigeminal neuralgia, hoarseness, etc). and we are talking about all

types of other holistic approaches. I am just getting started and am

lucky enough for my insurance to pay massage therapy. I am also eating

less red meat, more fruits and veggies, less process foods, anything to

keep extra chemicals out of my body. The meds are enough. I am also

trying to find more definitive info on hair dye and whether it does get

into the body or not (till then I will keep dying my hair just for the

emotional boost).

I will let you know how I do with the chiropractor - oh yeah - she also

does accupuncture although we have not discussed it yet.
