I am under the impression that most if not all of the SCD email traffic has moved over to the yahoo group below. http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/BTVC-SCD/ To answer your question, I drank a lot of the caffeinated weak green tea with no problem, until recently when I started to get head aches. I switched to PG Tips black tea and the head aches went away. Now just because I did not have a problem does not make it legal. That said I am under the impression that the tea you describe below would be legal. I would try it with out making other changes to your diet. That way if you have any problems you will know the cause. Hope that helps.All the Best, Is natural decaffeinated green tea legal? I found a brand at Whole Foods that uses a natural CO2 method to decaf the tea, with no added ingredients. Regular green tea (with caffeine) helps my heartburn but keeps me up at night.
