Guest guest
Thanks Donna! I really haven't had any issues until I hit about 4 months out and then I started having chronic diarrhea. Everything I ate made my stomach cramp up and I had to make a run for the bathroom. Breakfast in particular, was the worse. Up until that time, I felt like I was in a dream and it was a walk in the park. I still feel like it is pretty easy but the stomach/diarrhea issues get old after a while. The flu...well, everyone and anyone can get the flu (in fact, my Mother-in-Law was hospitalized yesterday for it and will be in there through tomorrow at least -- I think she got it from me). All is well and I'm enjoying life so much more these days. My biggest complaint is not having any clothes that fit right! I've lost my butt completely! LOL! Guest guest
Tina, I hope in time all the chronic diarrhea is better, mine lasted 4 months. My started the day after surgery then when I was 4 months out it was constipation, finally by the 5th month I was okay, except if I eat fruits and vegetables. I always did have IBS and that's what I was told again, but now after surgery different foods cause it to set off than before surgery. So I am just listening to my body and learning what works for it. Hope all works for your stomach problems. Oh I also have reflux and once the doctor put me on medicine for that my IBS got a lot better. Not sure what you have or why, hope the doctor figures it out or that it will just get better with time. Do the best you can, talk to the doctor and listen to your body. Take care and keep up the good work. DonnaTina wrote: Thanks Donna!
