Guest guest Posted June 23, 2001 Report Share Posted June 23, 2001 to help with acid reflux: sleep with the head of the bed elevated avoid eating within 2-3 hrs. of bedtime avoid caffeine products avoid carbonated beverages take pepcid 20mg every 12 hrs., supplemented with tums, rolaids,mylanta, if needed for nausea: eat a saltine cracker try drinking peppermint tea or fennel tea hot or cold take Reglan prescription med.
