Can you please help me understand

Hi Everybody, I went to the neurologist yesterday because for the last 7 days I have had a headache, nausea, dizziness, my vision is very blurry, I can feel my eye go in and out of focus, when my head isn't hurting it feels weird on the ® side of my face like someone is touching me, etc. He checked me out and said my eye disc looked ok?? and he told me he had (3) options, treat the symptoms and see what happened - if my vision or the dizziness got any worse let him know, use intracranial pressure reducing medication, or admit me and do another spinal tap and call a surgeon. Then he rescheduled to see me in 4 weeks. He said he is fearful of intracranial pressure, and thinks it probably is my sarc. What I need is the explaination of how sarc and this fits together, I am not a person who has headaches, I have never had anything like this happen before. Since the last time I weaned down on

prednisone my blood sugar won't go back to normal, (it always has before) and my sarc seems to be coming out of hiding?? I trust my doctor, but I trust you guys more; plus I know you know what your talking about. He's a good person, but he has not "been there, done that & bought a tee shirt" if you know what I mean.
