I went to my Lifestyle Class today (it was great to meet you and ...oh my, starts with an L and I will know it when I see the name pop up - but she knows who she is and it was a pleasure to meet you both) and I weighed in ONE POUND UNDER GOAL! I went upstairs and got my pre-op class (next week the 10th - that's the same as yours right ?), got my appt. with my case manager for the 18th and did my EKG on the way out!

WOOHOO!!!
